GM Exterior Filler is a ready‑to‑use, waterborne acrylic paste designed to seal and even out cracks and holes up to 1 cm in depth and width on exterior concrete, cement and brick surfaces. It cures to a tough, sandable finish that disappears under your chosen paint.

Achieve a seamless, showroom‑ready finish on exterior walls and masonry with GM Exterior Filler. This high-performance, water‑based acrylic filler blends fine mineral extenders and advanced binders to deliver:
- Up to 10 mm Filling Capacity: Bridges gaps up to 1 cm deep and wide in a single pass.
- Exceptional Bond & Durability: Adheres firmly to sound substrates and cures into a hard, long‑lasting layer.
- Invisible Repairs: Once sanded and painted over, repaired areas blend seamlessly with the surrounding surface.
- Rapid Drying: Surface‑dry in just 1–2 hours; ready to sand after 4 hours at 20 °C.
- Eco‑Friendly Cleanup: Low VOC formula cleans up with water and meets indoor‑air standards.
- Prep: Clean away dust, loose material and contaminants. Ensure surface is dry.
- Mix: Stir the filler thoroughly before application.
- Apply: Press paste into the crack or hole using a putty knife or trowel. Smooth flush with the surface.
- Finish: Allow 1–2 hours to skin over, then sand smooth after 4 hours. In cooler or humid conditions, extend drying times accordingly.
- Yield: Approximately 2.7 m² per litre at 200 µm DFT.
- Recommended Layer: 200 µm dry film thickness; build in layers for deeper repairs.
